Before shipment, all parts — regardless of supplier — are delivered to our warehouse for inspection. Even for regular items we stock in advance, every batch is unpacked, re-checked, and repacked by our quality team.

We photograph every outgoing batch, verify materials and measurements, and ensure the packaging is clean and ready for export.
Most factories in China supply to local fitness equipment manufacturers. Their packaging is usually basic or not export-friendly. For example, cable fittings may be packed in bulk without count, screws may arrive unassembled, or labels may be missing. For overseas clients, these issues lead to wasted time and frustration.

Avoiding Costly Mistakes Before They Ship
Fitness parts often come in many similar-looking variations, but they are not always interchangeable. For example:
– A 3/8” pin is not the same as an M10 pin.
